Anders Ejlersen dd80d46ebb Scene Picker: Modified scene groups to contain LoadAsGroup, SortAsGroup and SortInSubmenuAsGroup 
### Changed
-  Scene groups to contain three different types of behaviours for grouping:
   - Load As Group: Groups all scenes into a single entry
   - Sort As Group: Sorts all scenes into entries close to each other in the dropdown
   - Sort In Submenu As Group: Sorts all scenes into entries in a submenu

### Removed
- Removed "Scene sorting by Asset label" groups

Anders Ejlersen 5a2dcf3619 1.8.4: History received a fix for startup issue, increased entry size, and context menu options 
- Set selection active in history is now a toggleable feature in the context menu
- Increased number of entries in history from 32 to 64
- Clear entries moved to context menu in history
- Fixed issue, where history didn't work on first startup

Anders Ejlersen fe82c5c9fa 1.8.0: Added target frame rate and PlayerPrefs.Delete to toolbar 
- Added: Tooltips on all buttons and labels in toolbar tools
- Added: Target frame rate with `[min;max]` slider in toolbar
- Added: `PlayerPrefs` delete button added to toolbar
- Added: Option to select Single/Additive scene load/unload to scene picker
- Added: All `IToolbarSettings` will be grouped with a foldout-toggle in Preferences
